Double Blind

Filmed in 2011, nine years prior to the pandemic, and later digitized and edited in 2023 and 2024, Double Blind explores the inside of a medical research facility devoted to the discovery, development, and manufacturing of vaccines, monoclonal antibodies, and biological medicines. Through the prism of labor, varied research processes, and scientific apparatuses and instruments, this piece looks at the pictorial and auditory panoply of a laboratory devoted to the treatment of public diseases.
